Welcome to the Oboe Studio at Columbus State University, a community of undergraduate, graduate, and artist diploma students. Over the years, our students have achieved remarkable success. Schwoboes have performed worldwide in prestigious musical ensembles, earned admissions into distinguished graduate programs, won seats in reputable orchestras, and have assumed executive roles in arts administration. Other alumni are teaching oboe at the collegiate level, running successful businesses, and even inspiring young students in public music classrooms.
